  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Medium Bowl
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 2 heads garlic
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Roast the Garlic: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice off the tops of the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap them tightly in foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the garlic is super soft.
  • Mash the Garlic: Let the garlic cool slightly, then squeeze out about ¼ cup of the roasted cloves. Mash them into a paste. Save the rest of the roasted garlic for another use.
  • Combine Everything: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Chill Out: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
