- 1 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with "the mother"
- ½ a lemon freshly squeezed juice
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Ginger freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1 cup Water warm or room temperature
Optional Add-ins:
- ¼ teaspoon Dried Butterfly Pea Flower or a small amount of cooled brewed tea for color
- ¼ teaspoon Camu Camu Powder
- 1 teaspoon Brewed Yerba Mate cooled (or a few drops of extract)
Combine Basics: In a glass, pour the apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add Ginger & Sweetener: Add the freshly grated ginger. If using honey or maple syrup, stir it in now until dissolved.
Add Water: Pour in the warm or room-temperature water.
Incorporate Optional Add-ins: If using butterfly pea flower (steep separately in a little hot water, strain, and add the colored water), camu camu powder, or yerba mate, stir them in now.
Mix Well: Give all ingredients a good stir to combine.
